Choose a time for a free 15-minute Google Meet video chat about your pets, routine, dates, and budget. An in-person introduction may still be needed before the first pet-care visit.

$45 for two continuous hours at your home, then $18 for each additional consecutive hour. Four continuous hours: $81. Longer stays are quoted individually.
Includes up to two pets with straightforward routines, subject to an assessment. More animals, separate walks, or extra tasks receive one household quote. Continuous stays mean Zoe remains at your home for the booked period; separate drop-ins are priced separately. Nearby travel included as described below.

Starting rates cover a small, maintained yard on a nearby route. Three or more dogs, larger yards, or heavy buildup: custom quote. Initial or one-time cleanup starts at $40, confirmed after assessment.
Extra pets may require a longer visit. Household totals are confirmed before booking. Pickup is priced per cleanup, not per month. Disposal arrangements are agreed before booking.

Birds, chickens
& bigger crews
Basic bird and backyard-chicken care is considered individually after a meet-and-greet and a walkthrough of the routine. Zoe is still building experience with feathered friends; acceptance depends on the species and tasks.
Ask for a quote based on time, enclosures, feeding stations, and cleanup. Flocks are quoted as a care routine, rather than charging for every chicken. Extensive coop cleaning, specialist handling, and medical care are not included.
A whole barn? Describe your animals and chores first. General livestock or full farm care is not currently advertised as a standard service.
Travel: Normal travel is included for addresses approximately 15 minutes from Zoe’s base in the 33805 area, confirmed by address and route. Longer trips are quoted separately. For locations more than 30 minutes away, a 60-minute minimum normally applies unless Zoe is already working nearby. Locations up to approximately 45 minutes away may be considered; standard rates do not apply automatically throughout that area.

How booking works: Request care or a video introduction → receive your written quote → agree on dates and payment arrangements → receive Zoe’s booking confirmation. Sending this form does not reserve care.

Need to cancel
or change a visit?
Please call Zoe at (941) 298-3109. A call is preferred so we can work out what comes next. If you cannot reach me, send an email or text with your name and the visits you need to cancel. Written notice counts when received; you do not need to wait for a callback.
- At least 48 hours before each visit: full refund for the cancelled service and unused travel.
- Less than 48 hours before each visit: 25% of that visit’s care charge is retained; the remainder and unused travel charges are refunded.
- Genuine emergency: the cancellation fee is waived and cancelled, unprovided care is refunded in full. A brief explanation or reasonable supporting information may be requested. Please do not send private medical records through this website.
- If Zoe cancels: full refund for care and travel that will not be provided.
For recurring bookings, the deadline applies separately to each cancelled visit. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, with the amount and arrangements confirmed directly. Completed care and travel already performed are accounted for separately.

Do you offer overnight stays or boarding?
No. Services are drop-in visits, daytime stays at your home, dog walking, and poop pickup.
How much does care cost?
Cat drop-ins start at $18, dog drop-ins and walks at $20 for 30 minutes. Two continuous daytime hours start at $45. Weekly yard cleanup starts at $20 per cleanup. Additional animals, care requirements, yard conditions, and travel can affect your quote. See the rates section and request your total before booking.
Am I in the service area?
Service is considered within approximately 45 minutes of Lakeland. Zoe will confirm your location and schedule before booking.
Clear plans. Clear payments.
You receive the agreed service, dates, total price including travel, payment method, and payment deadline before confirming care. Payment is due in full before care begins. For recurring care, each agreed block of visits must be prepaid before its first visit. Cash only for now. Payment can be collected on arrival when you are present, before care starts. If you will be away, cash collection must be arranged beforehand, such as at an in-person introduction. A receipt is provided. Your introductory video chat is free.
No payment is taken through this website. Please do not enter bank, card, payment-login, or home-access details in the inquiry form.
Your information
Care requests and feedback open your email app for you to review and send. This website does not store those form entries or collect payments. Zoe uses emailed details to answer requests, arrange care, manage cancellations, and respond to feedback. Reviews are published only with permission. Video scheduling is handled through Google Calendar and Google Meet under Google’s privacy terms. For questions about your information, email zoedimaggio9@gmail.com.
